Lust is something that is in the heart of a beholder.
Eph:6:12: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
If a brother or sister thinks lustfully when seeing clean nudity (non sexual) he or she harbors a spirit of lust, for our problem is not with viewing of flesh and blood, but the in dwelling of a foul spirit. You can hide from sight every excuse you can think of but that does not change the heart of the person hosting the foul spirit. Covering or removing what gave that indwelling spirit a foot hold will never get past Jesus on judgment day, as he looks at our hearts and what indwells there. Jesus endured every temptation while tempted of Satan in the wilderness. Jesus never sought to cover up even one temptation, but he openly faced them one by one, and relied on the Holy Spirit to give him the victory over every temptation put before him, thus proving himself to God the Father in Heaven.
Jesus said: M't:18:9: And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
Jesus could have said to cover what ever cause the eye to lust with what ever the viewer wanted, but that would never change the heart of the viewer in a concurring event of the same eye in another location or time. Clothing is not the answer for curing a lust infected heart, but rather walk a mile in the nudist foot steps, soon the spirit infecting that persons heart finds the view of nudity is common place and the former feelings are now dust in the wind. God had it in place from the beginning when he made mankind in his image and likeness... i.e. His Perfection, how can you surpass that?
